	A 7-hour blaze was caused by an unattended candle at the public market of Naga City in Camarines Sur province on 6 of November 2008. 	P800-M twin bridges over Bicol River to link Camarines Sur towns
	12/03/08 The Malacanang offered P800 M for building 2 bridges above the Bicol River that would connect the town of Libmanan and the marketable locality of Naga City. 1st District Rep. Dato Arroyo of Cam Sur gave priority to this project to urge economic development in the area. 	Penafrancia Street Parties banned by Government and Catholic Church in Naga City.
	The Local Government and Catholic Church in Biker Region disagreed to have Street Parties during the Penafrañcia Festival to avoid distractions to the church's celebration because usually the attention of the people are all in the parties and beauty pageant and forget essence of Penafrañcia Celebration; Naga City council also agreed with this concern.
